E3 2017: Sony takes on Xbox, releases arsenal of big PS4 games

So it comes as no surprise that Microsoft just announced at E3 2017 that it is implementing a cross-play feature for its hugely popular building-sim Minecraft across all available gaming platforms... except the Playstation 4. The biggest advantage that the PS4 Pro has against the XBOX One X is perhaps that of the fact that the PS4 Pro supports VR while the new XBOX does not. Both titles will be playable across PC, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One, making for a cool, overdue proposition.

Sony has announced that the company will be bringing its massive hit game Shadow of the Colossus for its PS4 platform in 2018. There's a console missing from that equation, and Sony's explanation for why that's the case is not good.

As things stand, there won't be any cross-play for Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite which will be playable on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and the PC.

Minecraft's original PC game of "Minecraft: Java Edition" will remain separate, though the company will continue to support it. Minecraft will come with cross platform support across iOS, Android, devices as well.

Greens at Erin Hills starting to firm up
It's a simple game plan that has worked well for Koepka throughout his career and has certainly delivered this week at the U.S. Jude Classic. "I feel like that's going to help me to get back into contention and hopefully try to win some of these things".

During the Microsoft E3 briefing, the tech giant reveals its console's official name, the Xbox One X. The Redmond, Washington based tech titan also revealed that the Xbox One X gaming console will be available on November 7 with a $499 price tag.

"I look at Pro as more of a competitor to S than I do to Xbox One X", Spencer said, as he referred to the more affordable Xbox One S. Between bold experiments like Mario x Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, hardcore action and role-playing games like Fire Emblem Warriors and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and the absolutely stellar-looking Super Mario Odyssey, the Switch's year one lineup is shaping up to be one of the best of any recent console. And while these things from a PR standpoint would be easily to attach a trailer too and present at the show, it's not something he is ultimately interested in doing (in presenting games this way that are another two and half, three years away). At $499, Xbox One X is also more expensive than any other console now on the market.

If Sony were to ever take the leap to join Nintendo and Microsoft in their efforts to offer cross-play, we could potentially see more fighters in the future with the ability to play with those on other consoles.
