Taylor Swift's Music Returns to Streaming Services

Coincidentally (or not), Katy Perry's latest album, Witness, will be released at the same time.

MANILA, Philippines - Taylor Swift is getting back together with a few of her famous exes, including Spotify and Pandora.

Fans woke to find Swift's entire catalogue on Spotify and other music streaming services, meaning they can now listen to all five of her studio albums, including the record-breaking 1989 and chart-topping Red. Apart from that, this is also the singer's way of thanking fans for the success of her "1989" album.

She had limited her tracks to Spotify's rival, Apple Music, after convincing it to pay artists more.

Taylor Swift is celebrating sailing past 100 million song sales by releasing her entire back catalogue on all streaming services tonight.

The "Shake It Off" hitmaker famously removed her music from streaming services in 2014, slamming companies for not paying artists proper royalties during free trials.

Some people seem to think that this move is more calculated. "And I'm not willing to contribute my life's work to an experiment that I don't feel fairly compensates the writers, producers, artists and creators of this music".

Taylor Swift got back together with Spotify on Friday, returning her music to streaming services nearly three years after complaining publicly they did not pay artists enough, and on the same day rival Katy Perry released a new album. But ever since Katy outright confirmed that there was, indeed, some tension between the two on Carpool Karaoke with James Corden last month, well, our teacups hath runneth over.

"There's a situation. She started it and it's time for her to finish it".

She added: "I said that but, I mean, I'm not Buddha - things irritate me". Katy told NME. Especially when someone tries to assassinate my character with little girls [her fans].
