Trump also reported higher revenue at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, where he has often spent his weekends as president.

The disclosure also says that Mr. Trump listed $37,251,635 in "resort related revenue" from Mar-a-Lago and $19,752,500 in "golf related revenue" from Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

The Office of Government Ethics released President Donald Trump's 2017 financial disclosure report on Friday, providing a glimpse into the president's financial interests.

"President Trump welcomed the opportunity to voluntarily file his personal financial disclosure form", the White House said in a statement, adding that the form was "certified by the Office of Government Ethics pursuant to its normal procedures".

The form only requires assets held at the end of the reporting period to be disclosed and doesn't require documentation of any transactions, so we have no way of telling how much income Trump generated by divesting.

First Lady Melania Trump, however, did not earn an income from the five different companies she's associated with.

Trump filed the new financial disclosure Friday with the Office of Government Ethics.

GOP, Dem governors agree with Trump, call health bill 'mean'
The Democrats who added their names were John Bel Edwards of Louisiana, John Hickenlooper of Colorado, and Tom Wolf of Pennsylvania.

The new filing shows that Trump had at least $310 million in liabilities spread across 16 loans as of May 31, majority mortgages, an amount similar to what he reported in his prior financial disclosure. It is not the same as a tax return, which would show more detailed financial information and his business dealings. According to the filing, Trump Productions yielded him $1,103,161, while a couple of his books - such as the Art of the Deal - each brought in between $100,000 to $1,000,000.

The disclosures offer the first official look at how Trump's private finances fared during the campaign and the early months of presidency, even as he has stepped away from the day-to-day management duties of his company.

Since this January, all of Trump's business assets have been in a trust managed and controlled by his sons Donald Jr. and Eric, as well as longtime Trump Organization executive Allen Weisselberg. The income listed for Trump enterprises generally represent gross revenue, not net revenue.

In a response in June to an earlier, similar lawsuit, the Justice Department said that the emoluments clause doesn't apply to fair-market commercial transactions, such as golf club fees, licensing payments, office rent or hotel bills.

The filing shows that Mr. Trump resigned from more than 560 positions - many of them a day before his inauguration as president on January 20.
