The Gulf's largest carrier says deliveries will begin in 2022, bringing its total commitment with Boeing to over 200 units.
The leather seat reclines into a fully flat bed and can be placed in a "zero-gravity" position inspired by technology used by Nasa, the U.S. space agency, which gives a feeling of relaxation and weightlessness, Emirates said.

Each suite has a "service window" where customers can be served food and drink "undisturbed", while a video call function allows passengers to communicate with the cabin crew or request room service.
The 40-square-foot private suites - which were inspired by the Mercedes-Benz S-Class - have floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, soft leather seating, high-tech control panels, and mood lighting - and they're expected to start at £7,000 one-way, according to the Daily Mail.
But the suite in the middle also gets its own virtual window that shows the same scenery as the real ones.
Sir Tim Clark, president of emirates, said that his airline had pioneered the private suite concept back in 2003, and the carrier continued to set the industry benchmark.
Emirates Airlines has kicked off the biennial Dubai Air Show by unveiling its new fully-enclosed cabins for first class passengers on its Boeing 777-300 fleet.
These items are present in the cabin, along with a dedicated entertainment screen and zero-gravity leather seats, which are derived from those used in NASA space travel.
Sunday's Boeing deal comes after Emirates in 2014 canceled an agreement with Airbus for 70 long-range A350 jets after the plane maker chose to redesign parts of the airplane. There are six fully enclosed cabins Emirates Boeing 777 jets.
In addition to the new first class suite, the 777's business and economy class cabins will also receive brand new seats and in-flight entertainment systems.
"It gives us far more in our arsenal to deal with the type segmentation of demand that we're looking at in the next decade", said Clark.
The new suites enter service on the Boeing 777-300ER from December.
