The World Rugby Council will on Wednesday announce who will host the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
"World Rugby can confirm that it has addressed in full, clarification requests by the Rugby World Cup 2023 host candidates and council members", read World Rugby's statement.
World Rugby made the announcement in London on 15 November, as rugby union and government officials from France and other hopefuls, South African and Ireland, were present.
After the evaluation report, the chairman of Ireland's bid Dick Spring said it could "recover from this setback". The French federation's president, Bernard Laporte, who described the technical report as "nonsense", led a last-minute campaign to charm voters off the back of France's financial strength.
The country is up against favourites South Africa and France. New Zealand has already pledged its three votes to South Africa.
Ireland dropped out in the first round of voting after only securing eight votes with France taking 18 and SA 13.
South Africa are still expected to land the honour having been deemed most suitable by last month's report.
The chief executive of the IRFU, Phillip Browne, went as far as to write a letter to World Rugby outlining his grievances.
We'll keep you posted. South Africa is the best candidate so we'll be guided by the recommendation and vote accordingly.
"It would now be very hard for any federation to go against this independent outcome because it would laugh in the face of transparency and process".
