USA sanctions against Moscow will remain in place until Russia withdraws from Ukraine, United States Secretary of state Rex Tillerson said on Thursday, speaking in front of his Russian counterpart at a security conference in Vienna.
"Keeping in mind the summit next July, we agreed that we should continue to strengthen our deterrent and defense capabilities, maintain the positive dialogue and support our partners in Eastern Europe", Stoltenberg said.
