The committee's Republicans are also disagreeing with the intelligence community's assessment that Russian President Vladimir Putin was trying to help the Trump campaign over Hillary Clinton, a notion that aligns with President Donald Trump's viewpoint on election meddling.

Democrats have criticized Republicans on the committee for shortening the investigation, pointing to multiple contacts between Trump's campaign and Russian Federation and saying they have seen far too few witnesses to make any judgment on collusion. Tom Rooney of Florida and Peter King of NY, began signaling in recent weeks that they were anxious to wrap things up, saying they had explored all the key evidence. "We've interviewed everyone we think we need to interview".

The conclusions will be met with sharp disagreement from Democrats and are bound to inflame partisan tensions on a committee that's been beleaguered by partisanship throughout the course of its Russian Federation probe.

The House Intelligence Committee has finished all of its interviews in its congressional Russian Federation investigation.

Instead, Schiff said, Republicans declined to subpoena witnesses to compel them to answer key questions after witnesses refused to do so during their voluntary, closed-door appearances before the committee.

Dolphins Plan To Release Ndamukong Suh
He followed that up by registering 41 tackles and 5.5 sacks in 2016 as he was elected to his fifth ever Pro Bowl appearance. Should the Dolphins designate him a post-June 1 cut, they'll save $17 million in 2018 and $19 million in 2019.

In addition to subpoenas and witnesses, Democrats have long raised issues about looking into Trump's finances, something the committee had not probed.

The report is also expected to turn the subject of collusion toward the Clinton campaign, saying an anti-Trump dossier compiled by a former British spy and paid for by Democrats was one way that Russians tried to influence the election.

The public will not see the report until Democrats have reviewed it and the intelligence community has decided what information can become public, a process that could take weeks.

At a news conference after his trip, Nunes told reporters that he had discovered evidence to support the president's claim that he was wiretapped at Trump Tower.

There are still two committees in the Senate that are investigating Russia's 2016 election meddling: the Senate Intelligence and Judiciary Committees. Probes of the issue, by congressional committees and Special Counsel Robert Mueller, have shadowed Trump's first 14 months in office.
