To celebrate Mario Day (Mar 10), you can now have the famous plumber as your navigator in Google Maps for a week.
With Mario being one of the most favourite cartoon characters among people, Google churned out a unique way to inject him back into our lives.
Those who have installed the update will see a go-kart from the Mario Kart games instead of the the regular blue navigation.
"Click on the yellow "?" icon found on the bottom right of Google Maps app on Android or iOS. He'll be a constant companion wherever you're driving this week- to work, to school, or the curry house. And even as they encourage you to share a screenshot of your route with Mario, they also caution about having any personal details like your home address on the image that you will share with the hashtag #MarioMaps.
