Janice Dickinson makes Cosby judge blush as she finishes testimony

Top News: Bill Cosby faces accusers in courtroom along with supermodel Janice Dickinson

"So, I was on the beach and I was thinking, 'Why is this guy calling me?'" Dickinson said.

Cosby has said he gave Constand the cold medicine Benadryl and she consented to a sexual encounter.

Confident and composed, Constand testified that she was visiting the "Cosby Show" star at his suburban Philadelphia mansion when he slipped her three blue pills he called "your friends".

Dickinson said there was a big difference between a celebrity book and testifying under oath.

Mesereau suggested that Baker-Kinney had called her sister the day after the alleged sex assault and told her only that she got too drunk, not that she had taken pills.

But unfortunately, she had to face the sexual assault of Cosby.

Onetime supermodel Janice Dickinson regaled a courtroom audience on Thursday with a stream of anecdotes from her heyday, everything from partying at Studio 54 to having sex with actor Sylvester Stallone.

Janice Dickinson's glare hinted at what was to come between her and Bill Cosby attorney Tom Mesereau. "A married man, father of five kids, on top of me", Dickinson said.

Dickinson did not appear intimidated, instead defiantly chiding the lawyer when he challenged her. She said she confronted him about what had happened, but that he looked at her "like I was insane". Many remember waking up the following morning unsure as to how they arrived at the state in which they found themselves: With clothes in disarray or removed, feeling sore, or sticky-or both.

"I was disgusted and in shock and humiliated".

"That wasn't cool", she told him, but he did not respond.

Meanwhile, Andrea Constand, Cosby's main accuser at his retrial, is set to take the stand Friday to tell a new jury about what she alleges Cosby did to her at his home in 2004: She says he drugged and molested her.

"He raped me in Tahoe", Dickinson added. He invited her to fly to Lake Tahoe to meet him for more career counselling.

'I wanted to hit him, wanted to punch him in the face, ' said Dickinson, the fourth of five accusers at the comedian's sexual assault retrial.

Dickinson said she also wanted to include the alleged rape in her memoir, but her publisher and ghost writer advised against it.

The former supermodel and reality star changes key details she previously recounted in her 2002 tell-all. She testified that she barely remembered it.

The witness that followed, unfazed by the famous defense attorney, called out her cross-examiner for rolling his eyes at her.

Once at the hotel, she said she tested out her vocal range with Cosby's musical director, watched Cosby perform and then joined the two men for dinner at the hotel.

Dickinson then clashed with Cosby's defence attorney Tom Mesereau during his cross-examination, in an exchange which United States media outlets described as "heated". "Drew", Dickinson said she told Dr.

Cosby's first trial in Norristown, a Philadelphia suburb, ended in a hung jury in June, with a sequestered panel hopelessly deadlocked after six days of testimony and 52 hours of deliberations.

He said that Cosby's new defence team has "had the opportunity to thoroughly research her testimony and statements" from a year ago and found "even more inconsistencies".

Dickinson had a Polaroid camera with her, she said, and snapped photos of Cosby in the room wearing a colorful robe and talking on the telephone.

"You have absolutely no idea if you were sexually assaulted", Bliss said. "When I wanted to write the truth about my life, I was denied".

Bill Cosby accuser Lise-Lotte Lublin (C) walks through the Montgomery County Courthouse during a break from testifying on the fourth day of the sexual assault retrial on April 12, 2018 in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Mesereau presented excerpts from Dickinson's three books in which she describes scenes in the 1970s and '80s where heavy drug use and promiscuous sex were common, including wild party scenes at the NY discotheque Studio 54. I don't want to think that something that happened to me is my fault. And I said, 'I see two of you and I'm slurring my words.' And Mr. Cosby stood up.

Requested what was going via her thoughts, Lasha testified: "Dr. Huxtable would not do that". Defense attorneys say Constand ginned up a sexual assault claim against Cosby as a way of forcing him to pay a almost $3.4 million civil settlement.
