Stormy Daniels' lawyer says Michael Cohen will be indicted within 90 days

Pictures show Michael Cohen hanging out with friends, smoking cigars while his lawyers fought for him in court after FBI raid
"Mr. Trump, Mr. Cohen and their teams were still scrambling on Friday to assess the damage from the raid early Monday morning", The Timesreported. On Monday, the judge will continue to consider Cohen's lawyers' request, which federal prosecutors argued is unjust.
Cohen's Manhattan office last week and seized a trove of business documents, emails and audio recordings.
Cohen was the target of an Federal Bureau of Investigation raid last week, and the person who paid Daniels $130,000 on the eve of the 2016 presidential election.
Citing unidentified sources, McClatchy said on Friday that investigators for Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who is also probing possible collusion between Moscow and the Trump campaign, had proof Cohen entered the Czech Republic through Germany.
The Trump interventions came as federal prosecutors in NY confirmed Cohen "is being investigated for criminal conduct that largely centers on his personal business dealings".
The court hearing Friday didn't provide new insight into why agents seized the items, but the judge, prosecutors and the attorneys all spoke openly about an investigation that previously has been shrouded in secrecy.
Prosecutors said the investigation focuses on Cohen's "own business dealings" rather than his work as an attorney. Information deemed to be germane to the criminal investigation would not be protected by attorney-client privilege. Avenatti has suggested the documents could include paperwork about the $130,000 hush agreement made with Daniels to keep her quiet about her alleged 2006 tryst with Trump.
Representing Trump, Joanna Hendon said that as Cohen's client, Trump has the right to assert what's privileged, not Cohen. "I think the public is a close second".
The judge in the suit had given Cohen until Friday evening to formally request the stay.
Not only would evidence that Cohen indeed traveled to Prague reveal he's been lying, but it would discredit the argument Trump and his allies in Congress have been using to discredit the Russian Federation investigation.
Hendon said Trump was entitled to have a say in order to ensure the "appearance of fairness".
In their search Monday, investigators also sought records relating to Cohen's ownership of taxi medallions - high-value assets often used as collateral for loans, according to people familiar with the matter.
