Early Voting: Those without a vote-by-mail or absentee ballot can vote in-person from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Elections Office, starting May 7th. All told, there are 84 candidates on primary ballots, the most since 1984, and there are seven open seats, the most since 1976, when Pennsylvania had 25 seats in the U.S. House.
