Founded in Stockholm in 2010, iZettle started out selling credit and debit card readers that could be plugged into smart phones and tablets.
iZettle, which is based in Sweden, said last week it would list an IPO on the Nasdaq in Stockholm sometime this year, and said at the time it would not be pursuing a sale as alternative to an IPO. In today's digital world, consumers want to be able to buy when, where and how they want.
