Mohamed Salah's Boots Go On Display At British Museum

Liverpool star Mo Salah's boots are to sit among Egyptian pharaohs in the British Museum following his Golden Boot win.

The Egyptian has been in English football for less than a calendar year but has already assumed iconic status amongst the Reds supporters on Merseyside following his incredible campaign.

The Egypt global, who moved from AS Roma in June previous year, has had an impressive first season at Anfield, winning the Premier League golden boot with a record 32 goals.

Salah's boots will be displayed next week at the London museum ahead of Liverpool's Champions League final match against Real Madrid.

Now the 25-year-old's a pair of his adidas X17 Deadly Strike boots has been added to the historical collection on display at the British museum. They will be next to footwear from ancient Egypt and a selection of gold pharaonic jewellery.
